Land Rover Monthly Subscription Offer
There is an offer in the December LRM for half priced subscriptions. For European subscriptions it is based on 50% of UK coverprice plus postage, so is slightly different to UK only subs, but still quite cheap. The rates are :-
EUR24/£16.50 for 6 issues
EUR48/£33 for 12 issues
EUR96/£66 for 24 issues
If anyone wants a copy of the offer page I will happily fax one to you - please post your fax number in the thread. I personally prefer this magazine as it usually has a good coverage of Series LR's.
regards,
Michael

En ce qui concerne une offre spéciale, je pense pouvoir en proposer une sous peu pour LRM.
Hi Michael,
I agree with you on LRM which is the best magazine ( normal, if you look closely to the Staff...
).
I wrote for them recently about l'Hivernale du SHLRC
Best regards,
Fred.

Thanks for the offer, even if at the moment i won't take the chance to subscribe.

Many thanks Colonel 109 for your information.
Indeed, I bought through internet some times ago LRM for a great article on a Serie I nicely modified. Michel, a kind member of the club bought for me in Paris LRO and LRW and I had them for Bannegon.
It's difficult for me to read LRO as there is so many advertising...On LRW it's such the same, but some technical articles are quite good.
Unfortunately Series section is not the master piece of those magazines, just some light touches here and there...
But how lucky you are, in your green country to have such a choise in Land Magazines !
Here in France we only have eyes to cry with only one Mag dedicated to Land Rover.
So for those who do not have a fax access, you can go here http://www.lrm.co.uk/d-commerce/page7.html or phone to 00441359 240066.
Fred: what about your conditions ? Same prices but for a french translated magazine ?

For you both, great thanks again

Landyman- you are correct - most UK magazines are published well before the date on the cover. Very annoying to be wished Merry Christmas in August!! OK slight exaggeration.......but you know what I mean. Its only the daily paper which comes out on the date on the front...
Bruno - Glad to have been of help.

No - this offer seems to have finished.
The current (March) issue is £51/EUR76 for 12 months - a 10% saving. 12 issues at the UK cover price is £44 - Subscriotion is 10% off that then add postage to Europe.
24 issues is £89/EUR132 and a special 6 month trial is £27/EUR40, all inc postage.
Hope this helps.
