My 6 pot seems to be very down on power why?

My 6 cylinder 109 seems to lack power she stuggles to get up even easy hills

Could it be the carb? or just non use while i wait and wait and wait for the papers to make her French

Check the timing and clean the carb....

As bert so rightly says - first priority is to check the compression pressures. If the pistons or valves are leaking, any other adjustments are a complete waste of time.
